Fullstack developer focused on creating modern, accessible, and functional digital experiences.
Hi, I’m Fernanda — a Fullstack Developer living in Israel, proudly Israeli, Portuguese, and Brazilian, and deeply connected to my Jewish roots. I speak Portuguese, Spanish, English and Hebrew at a conversational level. My journey abroad started in 2009, when I came to Israel as a volunteer in a nursing home for Holocaust survivors. That experience changed everything — it strengthened my connection with my heritage and was also when I met my amazing Israeli husband. Back in Brazil, I kept pushing myself personally and professionally. I earned my first degree in Culinary Arts and kept studying Hebrew to stay close to my roots. In 2016, I made aliyah for good. Since then, I’ve built my family here and spent years raising my two kids while planning my next steps. I realized that to keep up with family life and the fast-paced Israeli tech scene, I needed to level up. Today, I’m in my 7th semester of a B.Sc. in Information Systems at PUC Minas and I’m also enrolled in HackerU’s Fullstack Development program. Right now, I’m sharpening my skills in front-end and back-end, AI automation, machine learning, and neural networks — combining creativity, tech, and a human touch. Israel taught me that with chutzpah, balance, and dedication, it’s possible to adapt, grow, and build digital solutions that connect people and ideas anywhere.
